  • Managed a $2.5M Marketing Communications budget

  • Led Flexe’s rebrand and website redesign in 2021—the company’s largest and most public-facing change since it incorporated; the project was completed on time, in under six months; increased web traffic by 41%

AgVend

Head of Marketing

  • Developed both brand and new-category positioning and messaging, giving commercial teams a unified value prop and narrative to sell AgVend’s vision; completed in the first two months

  • Directed AgVend’s inaugural customer summit and content agenda, including nine panel sessions with customers and industry experts, resulting in 75% of AgVend customer attendance with 60+% requesting upsells for platform capabilities and services 

  • Implemented AgVend’s first Marketing strategy and go-to-market plan, which guided the company's largest integration announcement, resulting in five media features and 20+ media pickups

Changepoint

Led the website redesign to consolidate three websites; organic traffic increased 100% in 60 days. Instituted the first Changepoint research initiative, which got 1,200+ responses, 20+ media pickups, and 5,000 leads. Owned the content marketing and demand-gen strategies; graphic designer for all marketing assets.
